On Wednesday the 8th of January 2014, the Organization of Culture & Sports of Syros honoured 2 clubs and one person from the area of culture in Syros and also 4 personalities that have enriched the athletic part of the island.

Within those 4 personalities was our Anastasia Karamolegou for her work and excels in competitions of a Panellenic level on behalf of the Equestrian Club of Cyclades. Honorees were chosen upon their innovation, new ideas, effort, volunteering and not based on personal records.

Mr Keranis, president of the O.C.S.S and speaker of the night at Theater Apollon, emphasized that Anastasia was chosen to be honoured because she is the start and finish of the Equestrian Club of Cyclades, struggling by herself and is worthy of congratulations. The award was offered by Mr Dekavallas, mayor of Hermoupolis – Syros.
